Summer peaches are the dreamiest. They go so well in everything from shortcakes to a nice peach sangria. And this cake mix peach cobbler, of course! And these creamy peach popsicles are a favorite of ours! Simple to make and so creamy and dreamy!

Why you will love these Creamy Peach Popsicles:

  • You can make them in about 5 minutes. Recipes that require only minutes of my time are my favorite. All you have to do is blend up the ingredients, transfer the mixture to a popsicle mold and freeze. That is it!!
  • They are so creamy and refreshing. There is nothing that beats the refreshing peaches and cream flavor and these popsicles are no exception. Refreshing and creamy all in one pop!
  • Easily made regular or dairy free! I have instructions to make these creamy peach popsicles dairy free as well. Use coconut cream and dairy free milk instead of the dairy products in the recipe and you will still have delicious popsicles but without the dairy!

Peaches and Cream Popsicle Ingredients:

  • peaches: fresh or frozen will most certainly work. Follow these tips on freezing fresh peaches to have them on hand! Go with what you have available! Nice ripe peaches will give the sweetest, juiciest flavor for this recipe. I like to thaw my frozen peaches slightly so the mixture is not too thick. If the peaches are still frozen, they tend to make the mixture a bit too thick to pour into the popsicle molds, unless you thin it out with a touch of extra milk.
  • whipping cream: as I mentioned above, coconut milk will work for dairy free.
  • milk: I originally only used heavy cream in these peaches and cream popsicles, but adding a touch of milk makes them much easier to pour into popsicle molds. You can use any milk you would like but I prefer whole for the creamiest, richest flavor.
  • vanilla: just a touch to add a nice balanced level of flavor.
  • sweetener: You can use your favorite sweetener and adjust to taste. I use regular sugar but maple syrup, honey or another sweetener will still work well.
  • cornstarch: this helps prevent lots of icicles from forming in your peach pops. If you don’t have any, the recipe will still work, your popsicles just may have a bit of an icy texture.

How to Make These Popsicles:

There is really nothing to whipping up these simple and creamy peach popsicles. Start by adding all of the ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add a tablespoon or more of milk if the mixture is too thick.

If you want chunks of peaches in your popsicles, you can leave out some of the peaches initially and then add them back in and pulse several times to break them down only slightly.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, using a funnel for clean and easy filling. These popsicle molds are my favorite since you can just push the popsicles out without breaking them.

I like to add some diced peaches on top of what I pour into the molds for some added color and texture. It’s not necessary, but if you would like to, you can add them as well.

Freeze the peach popsicles for at least about 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Recipe Tips:

  • To keep your peach popsicles from turning out icy, add corn starch. You can add a tablespoon of corn starch to keep your popsicles nice and creamy. This can do the trick!
  • Use a funnel to fill your popsicle molds. This was a game changer for me. My most recent set came with one and I will never make my frozen treats the same again. I am a messy MESSY pourer so this helped a lot.
  • Serving sizes will vary. Popsicle molds come in all shapes and sizes. I typically get 8-10 popsicles based on whether I use frozen or fresh peaches, etc.
  • For a stronger orange color, you can add a touch of food coloring. The white of the milk and the peaches mix to make a pale pastel orange. If you want a stronger color, just add a couple drops of orange food coloring.

Can You make these Peach Popsicles Dairy Free?

Yes you can! Use coconut cream instead of whipping cream and a dairy free milk in place of the whole milk. You will still have delicious and creamy peach popsicles without any of the dairy!
