Time to kick back with a refreshing glass of bubbly goodness and this Ginger Peach White Sangria is IT.

Sangria is one of my absolute favorite cocktails. Something to sip on that involves fresh fruit? What else do we need out of a drink? Ever?

This sangria recipe involves ginger beer–which is part of another favorite drink of mine, a good old moscow mule. Fresh ginger flavor with some bubbles, combined with the peaches–just WOW.

I promise, it doesn’t have to be 5:00 somewhere!

What you will need:

  • I prefer Pinot Grigio. It is my go-to wine when it comes to a classic white. A Sauvignon Blanc is great as well.
  • Non-alcoholic ginger beer is what I use for this Peach White Sangria recipe. If you want to make this one heck of a strong sangria, you could use alcoholic ginger beer I assume.
  • Sugar is totally optional. Adjust to your own taste.
Ingredients to make recipe.

How to make this recipe:

Seriously, this is a ready in 1, 2, 3 kind of cocktail. Peach sangria is a matter of stirring it all togehter!

  1. Cut up all the fruit, place in the bottom of a two quart pitcher.
  2. Pour the wine, ginger beer and peach schnapps over the fruit.
  3. Stir and chill. And then ENJOY!
Fruit and wine poured into pitcher.

I seriously think I am in love. One sip, and you will be as well!

Notes:

  • No ginger beer? You can also use ginger ale. The ginger flavor will be less strong, but still very delicious.
  • Frozen peaches will work in this peach sangria, but I don’t suggest using canned peaches.
  • You can make this sangria a day in advanced. The peaches will be much softer but they will also really have time to infuse with the wine.
