Simple Crunchy Peanut Butter Granola

Homemade peanut butter granola is extra crunchy and the perfect recipe to eat by the handful or over yogurt, smoothie bowls and more!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine and coat all of the oats.
  • Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool in open air for at least one hour to allow for the most crunchy clusters. Store in an air tight container.
