Bailey's Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Rich, chocolatey mousse and you will never know that it's avocado! This Bailey's Mousse will have your bit of green to celebrate the day plus the flavor of Bailey's Irish Cream to celebrate St. Patrick's Day or any day you like!

  • 3 very ripe avocados
  • ¼ c Irish Cream Liqueur Or Irish Cream Coffee Creamer will work
  • 2 T pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ c cocoa powder
  • ¼ c dark chocolate chips melted
  • Dash of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
  • Process until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Pour into 2-3 individual containers and chill for about 1 hour before serving for flavors to really meld.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
