For the Lemon Garlic Butter:
- 4 T butter melted
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon parsley dried or fresh
- salt and pepper to taste
Make the Steak Bites: Toss together the steak bites and marinade ingredients. Chill for several minutes or for up to 24 hours. When ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Place the steak bites in oil sprayed air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking once halfway until cooked to desired doneness.
Prepare the Lemon Garlic Butter: While the steak cooks whisk together the butter ingredients. Pour over the steak bites when cooked as desired and toss well to coat.
Serve with favorite sides. Store leftovers in an air tight container for about 3 days. To reheat, cook in air fryer at 375° for about 3-4 minutes.
- Cut the steak bites into equal size pieces for best cooking. If the steak pieces are cut in different sizes, they will not cook as evenly. Thicker chunks will take longer so get them as similar as you can.
- Air fryers tend to cook slightly differently across brands. Know your appliance and keep an eye on the steak as you get closer to the cook time as they can go from medium to medium well quicker than you may expect.
- Don't overcrowd your air fryer. If you have to work in batches, you can. Space the steak out so they aren't touching if possible.
