No Bake Maple Almond Mocha Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

Crust

Filling

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 -1/3 c pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 c strong brewed coffee room temperature
  • 1/3 c cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp almond extract it's strong so start light

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine ingredients for graham cracker crust. Divide into 4 jars or dessert dishes and gently press to flatten.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Using a hand mixer or standing mixer, mix until smooth and creamy. Add all other ingredients for the filling and mix well until smooth.
  • Divide evenly into the four serving containers and chill for about 1 hour.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or extra crumbled graham crackers.
