Carrot Cake Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 large carrots chopped into small chunks
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T maca powder optional
  • 3 T shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 T chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 medjool date pitted
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately!
