Spinach + Pear Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 c pinto beans cooked, room temperature
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 2/3 c unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 - 1 medjool date pitted (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
