Ingredients
1 ½
c
strong brewed coffee
¼
c
raw cashews
I honestly just toss in a small handful
1-2
teaspoon
pure maple syrup
⅛
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender.
Start blending on low for about 15 seconds and then shift to high for about 45 seconds.
Pour and serve!
Notes
You could use a cold brew coffee and serve this over ice as well.
