Cranberry Orange Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 c fresh cranberries
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • Zest of 1/2 orange
  • 1/4 c maple syrup or more for desired sweetness
  • 3 T chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine cranberries, maple and orange zest and juice.
  • Process for several minutes, stopping to scrape the sides down, until a smooth texture, or to your desired texture.
  • Move to a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  • Cover and chill for about 3-4 hours.
  • Enjoy!
