Salted Mocha Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

avocados
very ripe

milk of choice
I used unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2
c
cacao powder
1/4
c
plus 1 T pure maple syrup or honey

T
strong brewed coffee
1/2
tsp
sea salt
start with 1/4 and add to taste
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
Process until smooth and mousse like.
Transfer to bowl and chill for about 10-15 minutes or more before serving.
Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
