Salted Mocha Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados very ripe
  • 3 T milk of choice I used unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 c cacao powder
  • 1/4 c plus 1 T pure maple syrup or honey
  • 3 T strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt start with 1/4 and add to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
  • Process until smooth and mousse like.
  • Transfer to bowl and chill for about 10-15 minutes or more before serving.
  • Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
