Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients

c
coconut water
1
large frozen banana broken into chunks
2
teaspoon
almond butter
2
teaspoon
coconut oil
2
large handfuls baby spinach
½
T
maca powder
1-2
T
shredded coconut
unsweetened (optional)
2-3
ice cubes
more as needed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a high blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
Add more ice if not thick enough.
Notes
For a creamier smoothie, add ¼ c milk of choice and ½ c coconut water instead of the ¾ c coconut water.
