Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅔ - 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 handfuls spinach or leafy greens
  • 1 T almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon cayenne start light and add as desired
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
