Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients
½
cup
rolled or steel cut oats
regular or gluten free, NOT quick oats
½-3/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
depending on how strong of a cinnamon flavor you desire
1
teaspoon
ground flax
1
teaspoon
vanilla
2
teaspoon
maple or honey
1
T
crushed pecans
½
cup
milk of choice
Dash of sea salt
optional add in: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in small jar or bowl that can be sealed. Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve heated or cold.
Notes
I like to eat my warm and usually will add a splash more of milk before I heat them up or I feel the oats dry up a bit.
