Ginger Snap Superfood Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ c rolled oats regular or gluten free
  • ½ c milk of choice more when you serve these if too much liquid is absorbed
  • 1 T yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder optional
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • dash of sea salt
  • maple optional, to taste
  • 2 T chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar that can be sealed.
  • Stir well.
  • Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Eat cold or heat before serving. Add more milk if needed.
