2large whole grain or gluten free burrito sized tortillas
1Tdark chocolate chipsoptional
2teaspoonCoconut oil
Instructions
Slice banana into ½ inch slices.
Spread 2 T almond butter over the entirety of each tortilla.
Add sliced bananas to ½ of each of the tortillas and add a drizzle of honey, dash of cinnamon and dash of sea salt.
Add chocolate chips or any other desired add ins and fold over in half.
In a skillet, heat about 1 teaspoon coconut oil over medium to medium high heat.
Add one of the quesadillas to the skillet and heat until browned, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Flip and heat the opposite side until browned to your liking.
Repeat with the other quesadilla and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Each quesadilla cuts into 3 equal pieces. 2 pieces would be a serving but if you have larger or smaller tortillas, this may change. If you are vegan, sub maple for the honey.
