Maple Glazed Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients
For Roasted Pecans

raw pecans
pieces or halves
1
teaspoon
pure maple syrup
Dash of sea salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Oats
½
rolled oats
regular or gluten free
½
c
milk of choice
I use unsweetened almond milk
2
teaspoon
chia seeds
2
teaspoon
flax meal
1
teaspoon
pure maple syrup
½
teaspoon
vanilla
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir all ingredients for the pecans together to coat pecans evenly.
Spread pecans evenly on a parchment lined baking pan.
Bake for about 7-10 minutes or until browned to your liking.
In a jar or bowl that can be sealed, mix all ingredients for the oats together.
Stir in the glazed pecans.
Seal container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Enjoy hot or cold!
Notes
I suggest at least this recipe to get the most out of the roasted pecans.
Adding cinnamon to this recipe is a great way to switch it up!
