No Bake Quinoa Brownie Bites

Ingredients

quinoa flakes
uncooked
¼
c
dark chocolate chips
¼
c
cacao powder
more for coating, optional

T
pure maple syrup or honey
more for added sweetness

medjool dates
pitted

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
In a food processor, process quinoa flakes into a fine flour.
Add cacao and chocolate chips and pulse several times to break down chocolate chips a bit.
Add in all other ingredients and process until a dough starts to form.
Roll into bite sized balls. (if dough is still a bit sticky, chill for about 20 minutes before rolling)
If desired, lightly dust/roll in cacao powder.
