Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c coconut water
  • 1 large frozen banana broken into chunks
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/2 T maca powder
  • 1-2 T shredded coconut unsweetened (optional)
  • 2-3 ice cubes more as needed

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
  • Add more ice if not thick enough.

Notes

For a creamier smoothie, add 1/4 c milk of choice and 1/2 c coconut water instead of the 3/4 c coconut water.
