Dark Chocolate + Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1
cup
milk of choice
I used unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2
cup
strawberries
fresh or frozen will work

T
cacao
2-3
T
pure maple syrup
1-2
T
dark chocolate chips
optional
dash of sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender. (If using frozen strawberries, allow to thaw first)
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If mixture seems too thick, add a little extra milk.
Transfer to a bowl and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
