Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a container that can be sealed.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Chill for 4 hours or up to overnight.
  • Eat hot or cold and with a sprinkle of extra pistachios if desired!

Notes

  • Sweeten when you serve to make sure the sweetness is to your liking. This is usually an individual preference, so if you are worried you won't like it as recommended, wait until you are ready to serve to sweeten!
  • Enjoy these pistachio overnight oats hot or cold. Some people love their overnight oatmeal cold, but I usually prefer mine warmed up in the microwave for about a minute in the morning.
  • Toast your pistachios slightly before adding them to your oats for more flavor. Toss the pistachios in a little maple syrup or as is in a skillet on medium for about 5 minutes until they become fragrant.
