Dark Chocolate Almond Freezer Fudge

  • 3/4 cup almond butter cashew butter also works very well!
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well until smooth.
  • Pour into silicone molds or into a small pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 1 to 2 hours.
  • Cut into pieces or remove from molds and enjoy.
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer.


If you store in the freezer, let the fudge sit out for 5-10 minutes before eating to soften.
