Drink Your Greens! Smoothie

Ingredients

cup
baby spinach
2
stalks of kale
I medium apple
cut into small chunks (I used Gala)
1
frozen banana
Juice of half a lemon
1
cup
cold water
adjust to get your favorite thickness
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender or smoothie maker such as a Nutri-Bullet, etc.
Blend for about 45 seconds and enjoy!
Notes
If you plan on eating it right away, let your water sit in ice for a minute to get a chilled smoothie.
