Black Bean Peanut Butter Brownie Batter Dip

Ingredients

15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
¼
c
peanut butter

cacao or cocoa powder
2-4
T
maple syrup (to desired sweetness)
1-2
T
milk of choice
¼
c
chocolate chips
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
dash of sea salt
Instructions
Combine black beans, maple, and vanilla in a
food processor
. Process until beans are smooth.
Add in cacao, chocolate chips, milk, peanut butter and sea salt. Process until smooth (the chocolate chips will still be a bit choppy.)
Eat right away or chill for 20-30 minutes before eating to allow flavors to meld more. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
