Savory turkey sausage with a touch of sweet mixed with sourdough bread and herbs.

Brown the turkey sausage.

Add to bowl with day old bread.

Sauté onions, celery and herbs in butter.

Toss ingredients together along with an egg and broth mixture.

Transfer to baking dish and brush the top with melted butter. Bake!

Crispy brown buttery top with soft center. The best!
